Group Cart Overview

The lean read every participant uses to follow the session — who is in, who is ready, what they have added, and whether the host has locked it yet.

This is the one you poll. Use the interval the response gives you in poll_interval_seconds; polling faster gets you a 429. Authenticate with the participant token, not a customer token, which is what lets a guest use it.
