Group Cart Checkout

Merges every participant's slice into one cart and prices it against the POS — the group equivalent of Cart Checkout.

Lock the session first. Checkout on an open session returns 1206.

The response carries the merged cart with the order-level totals, fees and taxes the host is about to pay. From here the flow is the same as a personal cart: initialize payment, then create the order.

Almost anything that changes the session invalidates this. A participant leaving, the host removing someone or editing a slice, or a PATCH to the session all mean you have to check out again, otherwise paying or ordering returns 1220.
