Group Cart Leave

Drops out of the group order. The participant's slice is deleted and the host's checkout is invalidated, so the host has to check out again.

Guests only. The host cannot leave their own session — that returns 1210 — they cancel it instead. Leaving is possible while the session is open, and while it is locked right up until payment is initialized.
