Get Venue Catering Fees

Returns the catering fees active at one store, with that store's own amounts. This is what the cart will actually charge, so it is the list to show a customer who is ordering from this venue.

Only assignments that are active and whose brand-level definition is also active are returned. As with the brand endpoint, these fees are applied automatically during cart calculation from the catering_info you send — this is a read for display, not a payload to submit.
