Menu Management

Menus are authored and published on the PAR side and reflected on the MP.

Publish: Full menu replacement on each publish (idempotent snapshot the MP should mirror).

Pull: Optional on-demand read for sync, recovery, or audits (same shape as the live snapshot).

Format: The menu document uses top-level maps keyed by entity UUID (menus, categories, products, product_groups, prices, …). Resolve sellable items by joining menus → categories → products and look up amounts in prices.

Unpublish: When PAR unpublishes a menu, Link drops its cached copy; remove the menu from your catalog to match.
