Group Cart Show

The host's full view: the session with its active roster, each participant's cart slice, and the combined cart with order-level totals and fees.

Host only. It is the expensive call of the two read endpoints, so use it when you need the order-level numbers — the checkout screen — and poll Group Cart Overview for roster changes instead.
