Group Cart Lock

Closes the session for editing so the host can check out. Host only.

Locking is not just a flag. Guests who have not marked themselves ready, and guests with an empty cart, are removed from the session, and nobody new can join afterwards. The host is always kept and is marked ready automatically. Warn the host before calling it.

Send Content-Type: application/json even though there is no body.
