Group Cart Unlock

Reopens a locked session so people can edit and join again. Host only.

It only works before payment has been initialized. Once a payment exists on the session, unlocking returns 1206 — cancel the session or complete the order instead. Participants removed by the lock are not restored; they have to re-join.
