Group Cart Mark Ready

Signals that this participant has finished choosing. Their slice is frozen to further edits by them, and the host can see who is still deciding.

The cart has to have something in it — marking an empty slice ready returns 1215. Being ready matters at lock time: guests who are not ready are dropped from the session.
