Group Cart Update My Cart
Replaces the caller's slice — the group equivalent of PUT /cart/{cart_id}. Send the whole slice, not a delta.
It only works while the session is open and the participant is not ready: a ready participant gets 1212 and has to reopen first. Guests are held to max_amount_per_participant if the host set one, and going over returns 1211.
Discounts and donations belong to the order as a whole, so only the host's slice may carry them; a guest sending them gets 1204.
