Ordering API

The Ordering API covers the customer-facing side of PAR Ordering: finding a store, signing a customer in, reading their account, applying loyalty and discounts, and following an order once it has been placed.

Two companion documents complete the picture, and you will use all three together:

• Menu v2 — read the store's menu, categories and products.
• Cart 2.0 — build the basket, check out, take payment and place the order.

Order creation lives in Cart 2.0 rather than here. If you are starting an integration, read Server Side Cart first, then come back for the surrounding calls.

Every request needs an Application key, and calls made on a customer's behalf need their token as well. A small number of endpoints also need an OAuth client token — see API Basics.
