Get JWT for current session
Issues a JWT access token for the caller's already established cookie session, so a client that logged in with cookie authentication can also call JWT bearer protected endpoints. Only available when the current session was authenticated with the cookie scheme; otherwise returns 403 Forbidden. Permissions: All users.
