Reset forgotten password
Completes the "forgot password" flow started by ForgotPassword: validates the reset
token emailed to the user, checks the new password against the configured complexity rules and
that it differs from the current one, then updates the password (and, for regular users, syncs
the login change and unlocks the account if it was locked out). Consumes the token so it cannot
be reused. Returns 204 No Content on success or if the login is not found (to avoid disclosing
which logins exist); throws a validation error if the token is invalid/expired or the new
password does not meet requirements.
